Founded by Yue, a New York State licensed landscape architect with more than a decade of experience designing high-end residential spaces at top-tier New York firms, SEA brings a designer’s eye, a project coordinator’s discipline, and deep knowledge of East Asian production networks to the procurement process.

Yue saw how exceptional design intent could lose clarity once it entered sourcing and production — through communication gaps, material misinterpretations, inconsistent quality control, and fragmented logistics. 

SEA was created to bridge that divide between North American design expectations and East Asian manufacturing capabilities.

With experience across architectural design, residential development, and the creation of a home goods brand, SEA helps clients source custom architectural materials, FF&E, furniture, lighting, and finishes with clarity, quality oversight, and end-to-end coordination.
